2022 was a year to remember...
With a spontaneous shift to an online competition, teams had to adjust their competing styles to accomodate presenting from their homes. 56 global competitors and our amazing Organizing Committee connected virtually in a week full of new friendships and unique challenges that you cannot find anywhere else.

Case I - 5 Hours
APOLLO: Launching Experiments for Improving Customer Conversion
Based in Vancouver, BC, APOLLO Insurance is an online insurance company that leverages extensive data and sophisticated algorithms to quote, collect payment, and issue policies for small businesses and individuals without the need for human intervention. Competitors were challenged to present a creative and innovative solution that would help improve the management of APOLLO’s customer relationships.
Case II - 24 Hours
YVR: Embracing the Potential of Digital Technology
The Vancouver International Airport (YVR), managed by the Vancouver Airport Authority, is striving to be a sustainable global gateway for the future of British Columbia. By implementing innovative, environmental, social, and economic programs, YVR looks to be a leader in the aviation industry. Competitors were tasked with developing a coherent three year technology strategy to bring their vision for “YVR: 2023” to life, and contribute to the airport’s future technological goals.
